No. However, making an appointment is highly recommended. We staff according to appointments, so if you decide to walk-in, we may not have a stylist available. Making an appointment ensures you will have a stylist and dressing room dedicated to you for your appointment and gives you priority over a walk-in for a stylist and dressing room. During busier times, we may not be able to accommodate walk-ins.
No, but there is a “no show- no-call” fee of $50. If you give us a call to reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment, you will not be charged a fee.

Most of our Prom gowns are between $400-$600. However, we have a good selection between $300-$400. We also have a good selection between $600-$1000, and a few over $1000.
Most of our Homecoming gowns are between $275-$400. However, we a good selection between $200-275 and $400-$600.
Depending if the dress is in stock in the store, (a price tag will appear next to the size and color in the availability section when ordering), we will ship within 3 business days. If the dress is not in stock, it will usually ship from our store within 3 weeks. We do receive the dress from the vendor at the store to ensure quality. Most of our designers, we usually receive here within 1-2 weeks, then we ship to you within 3 business days. If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you within 2 business days. Please call to request more detailed information.
All dresses are final sales, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any orders.
No, but we do recommend seamstresses offsite that have over 30 years of experience each.
Friendly stylists who care about you finding the best dress for your event. While you make the initial selections, we stay with you and help you realize what you are looking for, and we pull additional dresses based on what styles/colors you are leaning towards.

Yes, our stylists love to help you complete your look with the best accessories.
If you are looking for a particular dress, you will see a tag next to the color and size we have in store on the availability section on the page of the dress. That tells you what we have in store at the time. Please note that we can not hold a dress and the dress may sell before you come in.

We ask that you limit your guests to 1 to accommodate all the other guests in the store. During busy times, it gets very crowded and too many guests will limit space in the store.
Yes, we encourage taking pictures, so you can compare dresses and you know you picked the best dress for you!

We carry 000 through 24, but do have some sizes over 24.
We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
Yes, however, we do offer layaway. Once the dress is paid in full, you may take it home with you.
Yes, we ship to all states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
We charge $20 flat rate on no rush shipping. We can rush ship the dress for an additional fee. Please see the shipping rates at checkout.
